Digital Products — All Sales Final
Due to the instant-delivery, digital nature of our products (Framer website templates), all sales are generally considered final.
When We May Issue a Refund:
The product is materially different from its description or preview. A critical technical defect prevents the template from functioning as described. Duplicate charge or billing error.
How to Request a Refund:
Contact us at hello@vorqe.com within 14 days of purchase with: Your order number. A description of the issue. Screenshots if applicable. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
When We Cannot Issue a Refund:
You changed your mind after purchase. You lack the skills or software to use the template. The template works as described but doesn't meet subjective expectations. You purchased the wrong template.
Chargebacks:
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any issues directly and promptly.
