By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.Vorqe is operated by Adem Cakal, a sole proprietor based in Izmir, Turkey.Products and Licensing2.1. Vorqe sells digital website templates (“Templates”) designed for use with Framer (framer.com).2.2. Upon purchase, you receive a single-use license to use the Template for one (1) end product — either for yourself or for a single client project.2.3. You MAY: Use the Template for one personal or client website. Modify, customize, and adapt the Template for your project. Use the Template in a commercial project.2.4. You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, or share the Template files with others. Use the Template for multiple projects without purchasing additional licenses. Claim the Template design as your own original work. Include the Template in any competing product or template marketplace.Payment and Delivery3.1. All payments are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.3.2. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the Template via a Framer remix link.3.3. All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.Refund Policy4.1. Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Template has been delivered.4.2. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Template, please contact us at hello@vorqe.com and we will work to resolve the issue.4.3. If the Product is materially different from its description, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us with details of the issue.Intellectual Property5.1. All Templates, designs, code, and content remain the intellectual property of Vorqe until a valid license is granted through purchase.5.2. The license granted is non-exclusive and non-transferable.Limitation of Liability6.1. Vorqe provides Templates “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.6.2. Vorqe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.6.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
